We have really enjoyed all the Mazda products that have come up our driveway and into our garage. The most recent Mazda to grace us with its presence is the slightly refreshed 2023 Mazda CX-5 crossover, the brand's best-selling vehicle. After living with it for a week, we can see why it is a best-seller. It is comfortable and feature-laden without breaking the bank. For comparison, our 10-year-old Cherokee (the direct size-class competitor from Jeep) had a higher sticker price when new than this does now and does not have the ventilated seats, memory seats, or head-up display (among other lacking features) of this 2023 CX-5. Even without inflation of over a decade, that makes this a bargain!
There was plenty of room inside for our family of three, tons of space in the back for cargo, and wide-opening rear doors that made child safety seat installation that much easier.
The tech and driver assistance features made this one a win for Holli and Cory alike. Head-up display with blind spot indicators, blind spot warnings, adaptive cruise control, Apple CarPlay, and more made this a vehicle we could easily incorporate into our family lifestyle.
