Honda is remaking their entire lineup with cleaner, more mature, and simple styling and focusing more on hybrid power. The 2023 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid is the latest addition to Honda's popular sedan lineup.
With its upgraded looks, powertrain options, technology, and safety features, the Accord Sport Hybrid is a modern take on the family sedan and is powered exclusively by a 204-hp hybrid powertrain mated to a continuously variable transmission, which offers decent acceleration but impressive fuel efficiency for such a large vehicle.
The electronic continuously variable transmission (e-CVT), with Deceleration Selectors, offers a smooth and seamless driving experience. The 4-Mode Drive System includes Sport, ECON, and Individual Modes, allowing drivers to customize the car's performance according to their preferences, though we left it in ECON for most of our time with it. The Motion Management System provides additional stability and control, ensuring a comfortable and safe ride.
The exterior of the 2023 Accord Sport Hybrid looks sleek and stylish though perhaps a bit “boring” to some. The car comes with black 19-Inch alloy wheels, full LED headlights, a gloss-black deck lid spoiler, and a self-opening trunk, making it look sportier and more aggressive than non-sport models.
